A Prosecco with a twist, made using the traditional Champagne method for an exquisite touch.
Hand-harvested from the serene vineyards in Premaor and Refrontolo, nestled amidst the UNESCO hills of Valdobbiadene.
Chiappe Chiare is a testament to tradition and innovation, left on the lees for three months and refined through the ‘rigoverno’ method, where sun-dried grape must kickstarts the final fermentation in the bottle as spring temperatures rise. This process crafts a dry, sparkling wine bursting with natural effervescence and no filtration or disgorgement.
Indulge in the lively bouquet of white flowers, green apple, pear, and wisteria, enhanced by the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread crust from prolonged yeast contact. Whether you prefer a clear pour or a richer texture by mixing the lees, Chiappe Chiare offers a versatile tasting experience.
