The Golden Hour Trio

The Golden Hour Trio is inspired by the moment just before sunset, when the light softens, conversation slows, and the day gently gives way to evening. These are wines made with a lighter touch, effortless, balanced, and quietly expressive.

Each bottle reflects a mindful approach to winemaking, favouring clarity, lower sulphites, and minimal intervention. Expect brightness, freshness, and texture, with a subtle thread of minerality and salinity running through the collection.

This box is about presence. Good light, good company, and wines that don’t demand attention, but reward it.

At the Table

These wines are designed to be versatile, food-friendly, and easy to return to.

They pair beautifully with grilled fish, textured salads, seasonal vegetables, and Asian-inspired dishes, where freshness, aromatics, and balance matter most. A relaxed cheeseboard also works well, especially as the day eases into evening.

Serve lightly chilled to highlight clarity and freshness.

This trio moves comfortably between daytime drinking and early evenings, making it well suited to long lunches, golden-hour snacks, and unhurried meals shared in good light.

Our Values

The Golden Hour Trio is curated with care and a light hand.

We’re drawn to wines made with patience and clarity, where farming and winemaking decisions are guided by respect for the vineyard rather than intervention in the cellar.

This collection focuses on freshness, balance, and quiet expression, wines chosen for how they feel at the table and in the moment, not for spectacle or trend.
