A warm, savoury red shaped by patience, structure, and time WINEMAKER Amivini - A small Mediterranean producer working patiently with classic varieties to create structured, food-friendly reds with warmth and balance. STYLE Mediterranean red GRAPES Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon REGION Italy VINTAGE 2022 ALCOHOL 13.5% ABV TASTING NOTES Ripe raspberry and blackberry, warm spice, lightly herbal finish WINEMAKING Extended skin contact for depth and structure, followed by spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeast. Matured in large used oak and smaller barriques for twelve months to soften and integrate the tannins. SULPHITES Thoughtfully handled, with minimal additions. A deep, old-vine red driven by raw energy and place WINEMAKER Constel·lats - A collective working with old vines and minimal intervention to express the raw character of Montsant’s rugged landscape. STYLE Old-vine red GRAPES Carignan REGION DO Montsant, Spain VINTAGE Not specified ALCOHOL 14.5% ABV TASTING NOTES Dark berries, violets, dried herbs, mineral lift and earthy depth WINEMAKING Crafted from 80-year-old vines, foot-pressed and spontaneously fermented. Rested in steel and bottled unfiltered, with no intervention beyond what is essential. SULPHITES Minimal intervention, bottled close to its natural state.
