Farming & Winemaking: Made by Celler Nessu, Hurra! comes from hand-harvested grapes grown in the rocky limestone soils of Les Cantarelles. The Macabeo is direct pressed, while the Parellada undergoes a two-day skin maceration before spontaneous fermentation in steel. Aged five months in tank and produced with no additives, filtration, or added sulphites, this is a pure expression of minimal-intervention winemaking.
