A fresh and expressive natural wine made without added sulphites. Pale straw yellow with green reflections, it immediately draws you in with its vibrant character.

The nose is lifted with white flowers and wild forest herbs, offering the unmistakable intensity of these native grapes. On the palate, it is bright and lively with a gentle, smooth entry that gives way to a refreshing herbal finish.

Unpretentious and made for pure enjoyment, it pairs beautifully with salads, cold starters, tataki, sushi, or carpaccios. A versatile wine that brings a natural touch to any shared meal or casual aperitif.
