Rosso Rubino is a refined blend aged for 12 months in large neutral oak and smaller barriques, allowing the tannins to soften and integrate effortlessly.
This ruby red beauty, with its vibrant garnet edge, bursts with ripe raspberry and blackberry, layered with warm spice and a touch of herbal elegance.
Fermented with ambient yeast sui lieviti, it captures the true essence of its terroir, authentic, expressive, and beautifully structured.
