Sono Bella in Rosa’ is lovingly fermented with ambient yeast ‘sui lieviti’ and enhanced through the ‘rigoverno’ method, where sun-dried grape must sparks a second fermentation in the bottle, creating a sparkling dry rosé that dances with complexity and character.

Fermentation: The Merlot grapes undergo abrief skin contact to extract colour. Once the fermentation of the dierent base wines has terminated weblend the cuveè. We proceed with the process of “rigoverno”; using naturally sun-dried grape must to startthe second fermentation in the bottle resulting in a sparkling dry rosé wine.
Alcohol (ABV): 11.5%
Other: Unltered so the nished wine presents itself cloudy when the bottle is shown to the light.
